Gaddafi sit in the 11th position on the log with 31 points, just three points above the relegation zone.
After Tooro United and Mbarara City were relegated, one more place is still up for grabs – With Onduparaka (34), Villa (33), Gaddafi (31), Bright Stars (30), Busoga United (29) and Police (28) all not safe.
Gaddafi carry a huge boost of a 7-0 win against Tooro United in their last league encounter at home and assistant coach Wamboya Mubarak has urged his players to fight for maximum points against KCCA FC.

“We play our last game at home as we host KCCA FC a strong side but we as Gaddafi FC have our targets already set in the last home game which we take as a final,” said Wamboya.
“In the first game we played better but lack wasn’t on our side and KCCA FC won 2-1. We have prepared well and rectified our mistakes we made against them and the morale in the team is high, the boys are geared up to fight for maximum points.”
A win for Gaddafi FC will all but ensure their stay in the Startimes Uganda Premier League.

For the Kasasiro boys, they target a double against Gaddafi having won the first leg 2-1 at the MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo.
Coach Morley Byekwaso has urged his boys to stick to their principles as they target maximum points to maintain their unbeaten run which stands at four games now.
“We need to stick to our principles and maintain the routine of playing well against Gaddafi FC. They are trying to fight for survival and will make it hard for us to play at their home,” said coach Morley Byekwaso.

This will be KCCA FC’s second game as they face off with the soldier boys from Jinja.
Head to head.
