Amisi ‘Carmelo’ Saidi Danny scored a game high 24 points as Nam Blazers strolled past KCCA Panthers in a Tusker Lite sponsored NBL match at KIU Court in Kansanga.

Carmelo shot 11-of-19 from the field, picked seven rebounds and two assists under scorching sunshine.

The big man, a former Warriors player, has been a vital cog for the Blazers, averaging 16 points and 8 rebounds this season.

Chol Nyuot was the other Blazers player who reached double figures, garnering 12 points.

Action continues on Sunday, with games switched to YMCA. The big one is a repeat of 2019 finals as City Oilers face UCU Canons! It cannot get better than that.
