It was a commanding show for Tolbert Onyango’s charges, off the back of a 71-00 victory over Burundi in round one match.
Next for Uganda is another group match against Zambia in the evening before facing off with Burkina Faso on Sunday.
Uganda, two time champions, will seek to finish among the top two in the group to book a place in the semifinals.
