The SC Villa Vice President (fans coordinator) Emmanuel Ben Misagga continued to spread the club gospel by opening up the Natete fans branch.
This is in an aim to boost the SC Villa fan base across the country in a brotherly way and has promised to help SC Villa survive relegation.
“SC Villa will survive relegation this season and the next season will be a better one for the club. I will help them with my games so that they survive. A fan will be more important next season that’s why we are here today,” said Misagga.
He also urged the fans to differ from Vipers SC who have acquired good players in the country but with no support from the fans.
“I open up this branch today with an aim of becoming your brother in the Villa family. Let’s us differ from Vipers SC who have good players but with no fans to cheer them up.”
Misagga has tasked himself to help SC Villa acquire professional and disciplined players from outside Uganda who will help the club back to the good old days.
“SC Villa next season will have good players and the fans to cheer them up, I have already acquired two players from Zambia and Zimbabwe too. We want to change and move away from this recycling of players in the league.”
“We once had here Mwalala fron Kenya and played better helping the team win the league”
He went on to thank the club chairman Hajji Omar Mandela for his commitment towards the club with support through finances.
“We have to put all our trust in this executive board which is running the team right Now. The pressident Omar Mandela has got alot of work to do and we appreciate his efforts.”
“SC Villa spends almost 1M and above on each match day but Hajji Mandela is always there to provide what the team needs, I would like to thank him for full filling his commitment.”
