Club captain Andrew Waiswa is also available for selection after returning from injury.
The soldier boys will be without the services of Jamaldin Buchochera and Faisal Muwawu who are still nursing injuries.
The visitors of Express FC will miss the services of Martin Kiiza who is unavailable for the game in Jinja
Nicolas Kasozi is out with a concussion he suffered in the Tooro United game.

Express FC visit Gaddafi FC in the Startimes Uganda Premier League at the Gaddafi Arena in Jinja with an aim of completing a league double against the soldier boys.
The Red Eagles were 1-0 winners in the first round leg at their home in Wankulukuku courtesy of an Eric Kambale strike.
Express FC under interim manager James Odoch are yet to win a league game but they come into this one with a huge boost of picking up a vital point against tittle contenders KCCA FC in the 2-2 draw at Wankulukuku.

James Odoch has expressed his readiness to take on Gaddafi basing on correcting the mistakes which cost them during their draw against KCCA FC.
“We’ve been working on a few corrections that we feel needed to be worked on from our 2-2 draw against KCCA FC,” said Odoch.
“We respect Gaddafi FC but we’ve played them before and know what to expect so we feel we’ve prepared well and are ready to earn maximum points.”
On the other hand, Gaddafi FC target maximum points for their safety in the league as they are just eight points above the relegation zone.
Coach Peter Onen has vowed to change his tactics from the one of first round in a game where they lost 1-0 with an attempt to stop the red Eagles in Jinja.
“We lost the first leg against Express, today’s preparation is deferent and the approach will have to change from the one we used in the first leg,” said Coach Onen Peter.
He has anticipated intensity in tomorrow’s game as both teams will be fight to achieve their goals.

“Tomorrow’s game is going to be so intense but the team that will approach it with the right tactics will take all the deserved points.”

Express FC are yet to win a game in their last five league games despite losing just a single game from the five and collecting four draws.
Gaddafi have been so vibrant at their home ground with their best performances coming from home where they have just lost two home games and winning five with two draws gathering a huge fan base at home.
