Kawempe Muslim and Tooro Queens played out to a 1- all draw in a FUFA Women Super league game held at Kawempe grounds on Sunday.
Imelda Kasemire gave Tooro Queens the lead at half time before Hadijja Nandago leveled matters in the Second half to see the two sides share the points.
It is another frustrating result for Kawempe who had lost their previous game to She Corporates and were hosting their first home game of the season.
The opening exchanges saw a closely contested affair but the Visitors showed early signs of scoring as they looked brilliant going forward.
And in the 34th minute, Kasemire sent a long range effort that beat goalkeeper Adeke Juliet to put her side ahead and the goal was the difference at half time.
For the hosts Kawempe, they had two glorious opportunities to score before the interval but Asia Nakibuuka saw his effort saved for as corner before Agnes Nabukenya failed to score in an empty with goalkeeper Gloria Namakula left on the ground.
In the second stanza, Kawempe once again looked blunt up-front as they barely threatened a well organized Tooro Queens defence.
But the ntroduction of Phiona Nabulime for Kawempe Muslim brought in more life in their attacking force.
And in the 58th, Nandago levelled matters heading in home off a well delivered corner from Asia Nakibuuka, a goal that could later earn a point for her side.
Despite dorminating the closing stages, Kawempe failed to add on their tallly against a resilient Tooro Queens side.
The result saw Kawempe Muslim move to the fourth position with now four points after three games in the season.
For Tooro, they register their third consecutive game but now drop to the seventh position.
What Next- Kawempe Muslim will host Rines WFC on Sunday 27th while Tooro Queens welcome UCU Lady Cardinals on the same at Buhinga.
