Kawempe Muslim will be seeking to return to winning ways when they host Tooro Queens on Sunday in the FUFA Women Super League.

The Ayub Khalifa coached side comes off a 2-0 loss to She Corporates last week, one that handed them a first defeat in the season.

They had earlier on beaten Kawempe Queens in their opener and this will be their first home game of the campaign.

Ahead of the game , Kawempe’s assistant coach Moses Nkata says they corrected some mistakes in the past game and is hopeful they will get the needed result.

“Yes we lost against She Corporates but I think we played a better team and that forced us to come back and work on our weaknesses. Against Tooro Queens, this being our first home game in the season so we expect to get a good result,” he told the club’s media on Saturday.

Kawempe Muslim is expected to be without their sharpshooter Sharon Nadunga, who was stretched off injured in their 2-0 defeat to She Corporates last week.

Sitted in 5th place on the log, Kawempe will have all eyes on maximum points so as to earn a perfect start at home.

Meanwhile on the other hand, Tooro Queens have the same ambitions of picking their first three points in the season.

They are yet to register any win having picked two draws each against Rines WFC and Kampala Queens respectively.

Away from home, they will have to be at their best as they face a side that is eager to bounce back from the previous scare.

Currently, UCU Lady Cardinals who have won all their opening three games are table leaders with nine points.
