Preview: URA FC Out To Close Gap At the Top

URA FC will be looking for maximum points when they visit Wakiso Giants in a league game at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakissha.
The Tax Collectors sit third with 31 points, five below second-placed KCCA FC and eight below leaders Vipers.
After a slow start into the season, the visitors have won four in their last five and will be fancying their chances against Wakiso Giants.
However their work is cut out against a side they have never beaten in the three league meetings (1L, 2D).
The other subplot will see Striker Viane Ssekajugo return at Wakissha for the first time sealing a move to URA, in a deal that did not sit well with the top bosses at Wakiso Giants.
URA FC needed a late Brian Nkuubi strike to overcome Gaddafi FC last week and will be targeting another win in the bag.

The hosts on the other hand, are hoping to return to winning ways after a 2-0 loss away to BUL FC at Kyabazinga.
They face a solid team that is hard to break and has more quality in depth, but coach Alex Gitta is well aware about the threat URA FC will pose to his side.
“We respect them as an experienced team with a very experienced technical team,” said Gitta, as quoted by the club website.
“They are four points above us and that calls for all effort to win the game and collect all points.
“We have never lost to them as a club and we want to extend that record but the most important thing is pick three points.”
Cromwell Rwothomio scored an equaliser to earn URA FC a point after Simon Namwanja had put Wakiso Giants in front.
