Norman Brown and Dickens Victor Kilama scored for Calvary FC as the side beat Ndejje University in the FUFA Big League game at Greenlight Stadium.
The win helps Calvary FC to bounce back from a 2-1 home loss to Maroons as they register their first win of the second round.
For Ndejje University, they are winless in their first two second round matches after a one-all draw at home to MYDA.
The visitors could have at least settled for a point but they will ruin missed chances after forward Wasswa missed a tap in and they also had a freekick that hit the post.
But the hosts were resilient enough to hold on for the maximum points.
This is a perfect revenge for Calvary who lost the first round – a 2-0 at the Arena of Visions after goals from Samuel Nsubuga and Reagan Mpande sealed the win.
Calvary registers their fifth win of the season and their 11 goals scored.
Ndejje University loses their fourth game in the league and conceeded 14 times.
Ndejje University moves to 4th on the log with 19 points after 12 games while Ndejje University drops to 6th with 16 points.
What next for both side
Fufa Big League returns on Thursday 17th, Calvary will travel away to Blacks Power at the Akibua Memorial stadium as Ndejje University host Maroons at the Arena of Visions.
