Kampala Regional League side Nsambya SC will take on Kyetume FC in the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 at the MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo.
Nsambya SC will bank on their brilliant start in the Kampala regional league as they hope to eliminate Big league side Kyetume.
Boban Tusuubira, the LCIII chairman in Nsambya also doubles as coach at Nsambya SC, expects a better performance from his players.
“I am hopefully to knock out Kyetume FC regardless the experience they have. They have featured in the top flight league and currently they play in the second tier but our main aim and focus is to progress to the round of 32,” said coach Tusuubira.
“The administration at the club has backed up us which has boosted our performances in the league and we have to give it all in the Uganda Cup for better results,”
Nsambya will also bank on experienced players like Ofoyirwoth Isaac who featured for Mawokota in the Masaza cup, Solomon Lwanga who played for Express FC and Ogeni Ramathan who has scored two goals from two games.
Nsambya SC sit top of the Cobra group with 18 points from the six games played in the Kampala regional league.
Kyetume FC who are eager to return to the top flight division currently sit third on the Big league table with 17 points from the 10 games of first round.
