BUL FC Confirm Second Signing

Jinja-based Uganda Premier League side BUL FC have confirmed the signing of former SC Villa and Wakiso Giants striker Karim Ndugwa.

The striker has signed a one-year employment contract that will see him at the Kyabazinga Stadium until January 2023.

The striker comes as a direct replacement for Musa Esenu who left the Eastern Giants for Rayon Sports in Rwanda.

Speaking to the club media, Ndugwa says he’s delighted to unite with Coach Alex Isabirye again and he vows not to let him down.

I feel good after joining BUL FC.” says Ndugwa as quoted by the club media.

“I am glad that my coach who helped me trade in Somalia has given me another opportunity to work with him again so that we can meet the objectives of this great club. The coach trusts me and I won’t let him down.”

He becomes the second January signing at the club after Defender Lawrence Kasadha who was unveiled yesterday.

Ndugwa comes with vast experience having featured for various clubs both local & abroad.

He has had a stint with Victors FC (Defunct), SC Villa, Onduparaka, Mbarara City, Express, URA and Wakiso Giants while abroad he has played for AFC Leopards in Kenya and Horseed SC in Somalia.

Having scored 28 goals and conceeded 16 goals in the first round, BUL sits 4th on the log with 26 points in 15 matches. They have won 7 matches, 5 draws and 3 losses.
