Paidha Black Angels Announce Squad For Regional League

West Nile Regional League side Paidha Black Angels have announced a 22-man Squad and respective shirt numbers for the upcoming West Nile Regional League season.

The Blacks were relegated from the FUFA Big League last season after picking just five points!

The Paidha-based side will kickoff their quest for promotion on Thursday December 16th away to Arua Soccer Academy at St Leo playground in Arua.

Among the players unveiled is the club CEO Adebu Jerry who will don shirt 22, he was the captain when Paidha Black Angels were promoted to the Azam Uganda Premier League in 2018 after edging Kitara FC in the shoot outs.

The squad is made up of three Goalkeepers, seven defenders, six Midfielders and six forwards.

The team will be coached by former Police forward and Club legend Nega Abraham Ogussi assisted by Chancelee Motgan under the captainship of Oyirwoth Dickson, Pimundu Vincent (2nd captain), Bithum Francis (3rd captain) and academy graduate Okoth Noris (4th captain).

The Blacks signed 10 players including Kidega Andrew, Omirambe Wanican Gayo and Adebu Jerry who returned to the club while former KCCA youth player Muber Jimmy was promoted from the academy.

Others are Goalkeeper Pirwoth Vincent Gore, Midfielders Mudashir Muzamil and Ongeiwun Charles, forwards Opakrwoth Benjamin and Abdul Aziz Ayiko.
