Bright Stars head coach Simon Peter Mugerwa says they will build from the positives after their goalless draw with Arua Hill at Kavumba Recreation ground.
Bright Stars who were the better side created most chances but couldn’t see the back of the net with Captain Nelson Senkatuka bottling three of them including a one-on-one with the goalkeeper.
Bright Stars are in the 14th position with 6 points having registered just one win against Tooro United.
Speaking after the match, Mugerwa said he’s proud of players fighting spirit and character though he’s disappointed that they never buried the chances.
“I am proud of the boys for the spirited performance you saw the character and fighting spirit was there,” Mugerwa admits.
“However, I am disappointed with the chances we wasted because we created many but we didn’t score any goal but we shall pick positives and build from there and see that we win our next games.”
Bright Stars next game will be an away trip to Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe against on-form BUL FC on Friday 17th.
Mugerwa added: “I think this draw will bring back our confidence after losing two games. If we can put another performance like this we shall move ahead.”

Jungu Methodius who was named the Pilsner Man of the match admits that he worked hard to return to the starting team and the accolade will boost him.
“I am so glad and happy that I have been named man of the match because I have been working so hard to get back on the starting team,” a mesmerized Jungu stated.
“This means that my efforts I have been putting in are not wasted.”
The playmaker also adds that a point is not bad and it will push them to work harder.
“We have the energy and the capability of coming back and win the next games so a point is going to drive us to win next games.”
