*Busujju Vs Mawogola – 12pm
*Buwekula Vs Butambala – 3pm
The Masaza Cup tournament returns with a double header in the Muganzirwaza group on Monday at FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru.
Busujju will take on Mawogola in the first game at noon while Buwekula will be up against Butambala later in the evening.
Coming into this contest, Mawogola will be targeting their first win against Busujju. Mawogola have picked one point in their two opening games. They drew 1-1 with Butambala in their opener before falling to Buddu 2-1 last Saturday.
With two games to go, Mawogola still have a chance of qualifying to the quarter finals as long as they pick maximum points against Busujju.
Their leading top scorer Isiah Apuuli Sabiiti, who already has two goals so far will once again be tasked to lift up his side on Monday to get the needed result.
For Busujju, they have lost their opening two and are currently rock bottom in the Muganzirwaza group. They lost 5-1 to Buwekula in their opener before falling 3-1 to Buddu last Saturday.
Mathematically, Bussuju who have no point so far are out of this year’s tournament and cannot go past the group Stages.
Meanwhile, current leaders Buwekula will take on Butambala later in the evening on Monday.
A win against Butambala will all but see Buwekula seal a place to the next stage of this tournament.
