Uganda Premier League Side UPDF FC are reportedly close to completing the signature of their former player Musa Mudde on a permanent deal.
The defensive midfielder will be returning to the Army Side having featured for then side Simba FC.
He then went on to play for Sofapaka (Kenya), Simba SC (Tanzania), AFC Leopards (Kenya) and Bandari (Kenya).
Mudde later joined Gokulam Kerala in India before stints with Mohammedan sporting Club.

Musa, 31 years old, will bring experience to Brian Senyondo’ side once the deal is completed given his incredible adventures as a professional footballer.
Per records, Mudde managed to score four goals in 48 caps while with the Uganda Cranes.

In the event that the deal materialises, Mudde will join Wasswa Shaban, Oscar Agaba and Kimbowa Sharif who have reportedly signed for the Bombo based club.
UPDF have already let go of Strikers Brian Kayanja and Robert Eseru who joined KCCA and Arua Hill respectively.
The new signings are geared towards facilitating a transition at the club given that coach Ssenyondo has consolidated power at the technical management level already.
