Arua Hill Summons Mbalangu, Backroom Staff

Newly promoted Uganda Premier league side Arua Hills have summoned their head coach Hussein Mbalangu and his backroom staff for allegedly breaching the clubs code of conduct

Mbalangu together with his technical staff petitioned FUFA amid allegations that the Uganda premier league newbies had appointed new Uganda cranes assistant coach Livingston Mbabazi despite their valid contracts

Hussein Mbalangu along with his assistant Joseph Kiwanuka and Ivan Ntambi led Arua Hills to automatic promotion to the Uganda premier league.

In a letter released by the club, Mbalangu and his Assistants are to appear before the club’s disciplinary committee for breaching the clubs code of conduct relying on social media speculations.

“Arua Hill SC is a professional club with a high level of integrity and ethics and it has come to the notice that the whole technical team has been relying on social media speculation about professional issues surrounding the club without consulting the club.

“As a result of no much believe in social media speculation you have been acting in a manner that is prejudicial to the image and reputation of the club contrary to the contractual obligations.

“The purpose of this letter is to notify you to appear before the Club’s Disciplinary Committee on the 4th day of August in Arua IF NO APPEARANCE is made by yourself or someone by law authorised to act for you, the case may be heard in your absence and decision concerning head coach may be entered according.

Arua Hills have already unveiled former Calvary coach Ahmed Borin as a new member of the technical team and it still remains uncertain on who will be at the helm of the team after Mbabazi’s appointment as the new Uganda cranes assistant coach a role to serve with no attachment to any club.

The Arua based side have already beefed up their squad for their maiden UPL with Samuel Kayongo, Ivan Eyam, Ibrahim Faizul, Yusuf Ssaka and Junior Andama.
