Ndahiro Leaves Villa, Hails Basena and Confirms URA Switch

Youngster Derrick Ndahiro has inked an emotional farewell to SC Villa as his switch to URA FC gathers more pace.

Ndahiro joined Sc Villa from lower division side Kamwokya FC at the start of the 2018/19 season. The Joogos were under the tutorship of Moses Basena.

“As some of you maybe already aware, this week I say goodbye to a glorious club SC Villa,” Ndahiro wrote to the club faithfuls. “I want to thank this club wholeheartedly for according to me my first ever opportunity to play premier league football, it has been a proud honor to represent this club.”

He is full of praise to former Sc Villa head coach Moses Basena for trusting him at the time of his arrival.

“About three years ago courtesy of Coach Moses Basena, I was brought Villa park, over the years I have grown and became a better player I’m forever grateful for you coach Basena and may God richly bless you.

Ndahiro in his farewell message also hails Sc Villa fans, administration, coaches and fellow teammates throughout his spell at the 16time league champions

“To the Joogo faithful who have supported me since the first day I wore this jersey thank you easily the best fans in the republic. I hope you understand my pursuit for new experience. Ndahiro stated before he added

“To my teammates over the years I salute you.

“Throughout all the challenges and happy times, it was a real honor to play alongside all of you, you all made me a great team player.

“I simillary thank the technical staff, the coaches and administration for your advice and guidance.”,

However with all the rumour surrounding Ndahiro’s next move, its only official communication from URA FC waiting but the latter all but announced his new work station.

“So sad the time has come to move on but I take with me many memories, lessons and great moments that will be living with me forever.

” I will be joining URA FC a club I want to thank for the next opportunity they have given me. Ndahiro confirmed his move

Derrick Ndahiro recently changed allegiance and will be playing for the Rwanda National Team

Ndahiro in his final remarks leaves with his heart painted blue.

“Finally I would like to wish Sc Villa success. in the future, I will always cherish the joogo in my heartand you will always be part of me. Derrick Ndahiro further added

Derrick Ndahiro joins Simon Baligeya who has recently been unveiled by the Tax men.

Ndahiro will fill the void left by KCCA FC bound Brian Majwega who left the club.
