Uganda Premier League
Express FC 4-0 Kitara FC
Mutessa II Stadium, Wankulukuku

Express FC moved two points clear at the top of the Uganda Premier League thanks to a 3-0 victory over Kitara FC on Friday.
Eric Kambale helped himself to a brace while Arthur Kiggundu and substitute Frank Kalanda scored the other goals.
Kambale headed in from a Martin Kizza cross to hand the Red Eagles the lead inside eight minutes.
Mid-way through the first half, Arthur Kiggundu took matter in his own hands and made a brilliant run from his own half, played a one-two with Kambale before slotting past the hapless Ivan Akera.
With the game looking settled and both sides trading possession, Kambale collected from Godfrey Lwesibawa, beat his defender for dead before slotting in calmly at the far post to make it 3-0.
Kalanda who replaced Kizza late in the second half, poked home from close range after Akera had saved from Ivan Mayanja to put the icing on the cake.
Before Express netted the opening goal, Kitara missed a glorious opportunity to take the lead as Peter Lomolo pounced onto a lose ball in-front of goal but somehow sent his effort over while it was easier to score than miss.
Kitara, much like it has been the case all season, struggled throughout the game barely causing Express issues in the final third, and were lucky to lose by just four.
Kizza, Kambale and Mayanja were all guilty of missing from good positions while Musiige twice shot wide from distance.
The three points take Express to 58 for the season, two ahead of Vipers SC who beat Bright Stars on the same day.
For Kitara, they are now relegated from the Uganda Premier League. They have 13 points with four games to play and not even four victories in as many remaining games can see they avoid the drop.
In their next fixtures, Express FC will travel away to Wakiso Giants on June 20, two days after Kitara host KCCA FC.
