Mozambique match officials have been appointed to take charge of the AFCON Qualifier between Uganda and Malawi on Monday, March 29.
This was confirmed by CAF through a press release on Sunday, March 28.
The Cranes and Malawi will face off in a crunch game at the Kamuzu stadium in Blantyre with both sides eyeing a spot at the 2021 AFCON finals in Cameroon.
Celso Armindo Alvacao will be the centre referee and he will be assisted by Arsenio Chadreque Maringule (first assistant) and Olivio Adriano Saimone (second assistant).
SimÅes Bernado Guambe Will be the fourth official while Soilihi Msahazi from Comoros will act as the match commissioner.
Tsothletho Enock Molefe from South Africa has been appointed as the match assessor while the COVID-19 officer will be Precious Kadzamira from Malawi.
Uganda is already in Malawi and undertook their final training session on Sunday evening at the Kamuzu Stadium.
After the goalless draw with Burkina Faso on Wednesday, March 25, Uganda now needs just a point to seal a spot at the finals.
For Malawi who beat South Sudan 1-0 on the same day, they need three points so as to finish second and make just their first appearance at the finals since 2010 in Angola.
Uganda is currently second in Group B with eight points, one ahead of Malawi.
