Kyetume twice came from behind to salvage a 2-2 draw at home against Bright Stars at FUFA Technical centre I’m Njeru.

The Slaughters were the second best on the day in a lunch time Kickoff game but did enough to pick a point.

Marvin Joseph set Joseph Janjali to open the score in the 25th minute but the hosts later leveled matters through Ezra Bida after he strolled through the Bright Stars defence.

Bright Stars regained their lead when Samuel Kayongo headed home from Samson Mutyaba’s corner.

Baker Buyala hit a crossbar off Bida’s delivery as the hosts tried to fight back and later were rewarded through Ssaka Sharif after goalkeeper Edwin Kiwanuka Buule spilled an earlier shot.

Livingston Mbabazi’s Kyetume have collected 11 points from nine games while Bright Stars remain unbeaten in their last six games.

The Stars have collected 13 points, level with KCCA FC who play Wakiso Giants later in the day.
