Police FC 3-1 Kyetume FC
Onduparaka 1-1 Busoga United

Striker Brian Aheebwa fluffed his penalty as BUL FC beat KCCA FC 2-1 at the Kyabazinga Stadium in Jinja to hand Mike Mutebi’s side their third consecutive league loss.

Trailing 2-0, KCCA FC were handed a chance to halve the deficit when Walter Ochora handled the ball in the area.

However, league leading goalscorer Aheebwa, saw his effort from the spot flapped away by BUL FC goalkeeper Abdul Kimera.

Former KCCA FC player Musa Esenu scored for the hosts in the 33rd minute to hand them a deserved lead after asking most of the questions in the early exchanges.

Robert Mukongotya doubled BUL’s lead a minute into the second half.

Substitute Charles Lwanga then scored a last minute consolation off a Moses Aliro cross, for the visitors, but his first goal of the season was not enough to save the Kasasiros on the day.

The loss leaves the ‘Kasasiro boys’ in 5th spot on the log with just seven points from six games.

For BUL, they climb into 11th spot on seven points.

After match day six KCCA FC will take a short trip to traditional rivals Express FC who play URA FC on Sunday

On the other hand BUL FC play away from home to table leaders Police FC in their next fixture.
