Libyan Football Association has named Zoran Filipovic as the new Libya coach in Tripoli.
Filipovic, from Montenegro, will be the third National Team coach appointed by LFA this year.
The side had appointed Libyan Ali El Merguini to replace Tunisian Faouzi Benzarti in September who had left due to Covid19 pandemic.
Merguini has also left less than three months in office.
Filippovic, 67, will be assisted by Mohamed Al-Kikli, who led Al Nasr to the Total CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals last season.
He has previously worked as Serbia assistant coach and played for Red Star Belgrade and Benfica.
His immediate task will be to steer Libya in the upcoming CHAN where the country is grouped alongside DR Congo, Niger and Congo.
