Uganda Cubs coach Hamza Lutalo has named his starting XI to face Kenya in the CECAFA U17 Championship.
The Cubs will seek to get off the mark against Kenya who drew Ethiopia 2-2 in the opener.
Busoga United Junior team’s Abdu Magada starts in goal ahead of Henry Mwebe and Humphrey Oyirwoth for a game that will be played at Umuganda stadium in Rubavu.
Captain Ibrahim Juma, Vincent Mulema, Peter Gava and Ronald Madoi make the four-man defence.
Shugai Kalisa, Irinimbabazi Ivan, Travis Mutyaba have been deployed in the midfield.
Lutalo has gone for a front three of Hassan Mubiru (Express Junior Team), KCCA’s Oscar Mawa and Bright Star’s Issa Bugembe.
The Cubs, if they beat Kenya, will book an automatic place in the semis before their last and second group game against Ethiopia.
The match will be broadcast live on Azam TV, while radio commentary will be on FUFA FM.
