Wakiso Giants and Police played out a goalless draw at the MTN Omondi stadium.

Police got the opening chances in the opening minutes with debutant Frank Tumwesigwa fouled at the box edge before Tony Mawejje’s resultant freekick kept out by kept out by goalkeeper Derrick Emukule.

Emukule was again called into action to stop Hassan Muhamood’s header off a Ruben Kimera corner.

Wakiso Giants best chance in the first half saw Yasin Mugume fluff a keeper-to-beat chance, sending his ball over.
