The Uganda Cranes contingent has left for Nairobi, Nairobi, this morning ahead of the AFCON Qualifiers Group B encounter with South Sudan.
The two sides meet at Nyayo Stadium on Monday.
TP Mazembe’s Joseph Ochaya is not part of the squad – Suspended after picking his second yellow at Kitende.
Midfielder David Owori has been added to the team.
At Kitende, Halid Lwaliwa scored a late header as Cranes finished it late against South Sudan who will fancy their chances on Monday.
Jonathan McKinstry, in his after match conference, promised to make some changes as he targets to have fresh legs on Monday.
A win for the Cranes will boost Cranes’ chances for a third return to AFCON finals, scheduled in Cameroon in 2022.
Cranes were displaced off the summit by Burkina Faso who beat Malawi 3-1, with the two sides also set to meet again on Monday.
