Gor were declared KPL champions, with 54 points after 23 games, by Kenya FA after the season was ended due to Covid19 pandemic.
The side is expected to add Bertrand Konfor, Jules Ulimwengu, Patrick Sibomana and Andrew Numero to seal the foreign legion places as they seek to compete in CAF Champions League.
Earlier, Gor Mahia added goalkeeper Levis Opiyo from City Stars while Tanzanian Goalkeeper Robert Mapigano left.
Tito joins Gor, former home to Erisa Ssekisambu and Aucho Khalid, with experience after previous stints at SC Villa, KCCA FC, Vipers, BUL, African Lyon, Mbeya City FC and Benfica Macau.
