Emmanuel Okwi’s Alexandria Ittihad will face Zamalek in their first game after the Egypt Football Association released the fixture ahead of league resumption.
The league, which has been on hold for the last five months due to Covid19, will return on August 6.
On the day, a rescheduled encounter between Zamalek and Masry will set the tone.
Ittihad and Okwi will play host to Zamalek on August 10 before visiting Allan Kyambadde’s El Gouna four days later.
Okwi had scored two goals for Ittihad, who are fifth on the table with 25 points, before the league was stopped due to Covid19 pandemic.
Taddeo Lwanga (Tanta SC) and Khalid Aucho (Misr Makkasa) will miss out after terminating their contracts with their respective clubs.
Abdul Lumala is still injured after undergoing a knee surgery this month and will reportedly be out for the next five months.
Derrick Nsibambi (Al-Masry) who tested positive for Coronavirus, may miss his side’s first game.
