Gauthier Baderha and Salim Kisily played for Power in UCU open
Betway Power are set to acquire the services of Ndejje University Angels duo Gauthier Baderha and Salim Kisily before league tip-off.
The duo were part of Power team that finished as runners up at the concluded UCU Invitational Basketball tournament in Mukono.
Both players put up strong performances and notably lifted Power past City Oilers in a game that necessitated three overtime periods to separate the sides.

“We are still in discussions to sign them,” a top official at Power said on Sunday.
The deal may fail to materialise as the players are still students of Ndejje University, a side that has already lost Innocent Ochera (JKL) and Derrick Katumba (Nam Blazers).
Gauthier (read Gotye), is an industrious guard who averaged eight points for Ndejje last season. He is from Bukavu, DR Congo.
Kisily, a forward who can double as a center, averaged nine points five rebounds last season.

If the deal is finalised, the pair joins a new looking roster after the five time winners made overhaul changes at the end of last season.
Ivan Lumanyika is expected to return next month and will miss a couple of opening games, The-SportsNation has learnt.
It remains to be seen whether big man Brian Sivachi will be at Power this season after his transfer saga with KIU Titans.
