Uganda – 134/6
Qatar -116/10
*Uganda win by 18 runs
Qatar were deceived by the baby face of Cricket Cranes all rounder Deus Muhumuza and by the time they got to know that he was an assassin, none of their batsmen was still standing.
The right-arm medium bowler grabbed five wickets to propel Uganda Cricket Cranes past Qatar in a T20 game.
Uganda, who had set 134/6 after winning the toss, had to rely on bowlers to defend a lowly total.
Muhumuza who made his Senior international T20 debut last year in May against Botswana, was the star man to lift the tourists.

He had initially scored 19 unbeaten runs with the bat in the first innings and when he came in the fifth over, he gave away nine runs before returning to protrude through Qatar’s middle order.
Mohamed Rizlan was his first victim wheb he bowled him in the last ball of the 14th over to leave Qatar needing 36 runs from as many balls.
He was also on attack when Iqbal Chaudry was caught by Kenneth Waiswa before dismissing Kunam Shahzad LBW in the second delivery.
He later completed his haul with another back to back wicket; When Muhammed Nadeed was caught by Charles Waiswa while Mohammed Malik was stumped by Fred Achelam to close the 19th over and the game as well.
Ealier, Davis Turinawe’s charges had a false start when Zephania Arinaitwe and Achelam were out for just 36 runs but Arnold Otwani (27) and Brian Masaba’s (29) lifted the team before Frank Akankwasa’s 28 from 27 balls put some respect on the score.
Charles Waiswa (2-21) and Trevor Bukenya (2-19) were also impressive with the ball.
Qatar however takes the T20 series 2-1 with Kamran Khan named MVP. Both sides won a game each in the 50-over format.
