Ugandan striker Brian Kayanja has joined Kenyan side Sofapaka Football club, its official.
The powerful forward joins Sofapaka from Bright Stars and has signed a two-year contract.
He joins goalkeeper and former teammate at Bright Stars Nicholas Ssebwato who joined the Kenyan side recently.
Kayanja joined Bright Stars in 2018/19 season and he leaves after a season and a half. He leaves the side just a place above the relation with zone.
Joseph Janjali among other forwards will carry the scoring burden for the club who is 13th on the table with 19 points.
He joins Sofapaka who are ninth on the Kenyan log with 26 points after 18 games.
Sofapaka lost to Gor Mahia on Wednesday and will return to action against Mathare United on Sunday in a lunchtime kickoff
