Former Uganda Cranes coach Sebastien Desabre is strongly linked with a return to Wydad Casablanca, reports in Morocco have suggested.
The Moroccan Giants, who recently acquired Ugandan striker Joel Madondo, fired head coach Zoran Manojlovic on Wednesday.
The Serbian had helped the club to 11 wins from 22 games and leaves the club in second place in the league with 23 points and are still second in group C of the CAF Champions league where Mamelodi Sundowns have already confirmed their place at the next round.

Reports in Morocco have suggested that Desabre who is referred to many by close friends as the Florists, will be named the head coach.
If this comes to pass, it will be the Frenchman’s second spell at the Club where he coached in 2016/17.
It is reported that Desabre spearheaded the transfer of Madondo and has reportedly recommended the club to sign more players from Uganda including Fahad Bayo and Allan Okello.
Desabre was seen at the Mohammed V Complex, a source in Morocco said on Wednesday.
The Frenchman was appointed Uganda Cranes in 2017 and guided Uganda Cranes back to Africa Cup of Nations.
Under his charge, the Cranes managed to reach AFCON knockout for the first time since 1978.
Desabre later dumped the Cranes after the AFCON campaign to join Egyptian money bags Pyramids where he was sacked last year in December after five months in charge.
