Uganda Women’s national team, The Crested Cranes be seeking for a dream start when they kickoff the Cecafa Women Championship against Djibouti.
The game has been rescheduled from midday to 4PM at Chamazi Complex in Tanzania.

After completing 10 days camped at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru, Cranes left to TZ last week and coach Bulega commented that her side is in good shape ahead of kickoff.
“We are in good shape, the players are in right moods. We have no injury worries. We are ready to go,” she said.
In the last practice match at Njeru, Juliet Nalukenge bagged a hat-trick while Hassifa Nassuna and Fazila Ikwaput scored one each as Crested Cranes beat UCU Lady Cardinals 5-0.
The attacking trio will carry Uganda’s scoring burden.

Uganda’s second game will be against Ethiopia on Tuesday before facing rivals Kenya on Thursday.
The best two teams in Group A and B reach semis. Uganda came second last year in Rwanda and will be going for Gold this time round.
