Vipers President who also doubles as the honorary president for FUFA Dr Lawrence Mulindwa has extended financial support to Proline FC ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup engagement.

Mulindwa issued out Sh10M towards the club’s preparations of the team’s return leg in Malawi.

Mulindwa has been one of the big funders of local football and sports in general in the country.

It should be noted that FUFA also recently lifted the financial burden off Uganda clubs by funding their trips on the continent.

Proline FC are already in Lilongwe for the reverse fixture.

This will be the first test for Matia Lule who replaced the departed Shafic Bisaso as the head coach.

Proline FC, through Ivan Bogere’s hat-trick, beat Masters Security FC 3-0 to put one foot into the next round.
