Wakiso Giants have acquired highly rated striker Amos ‘Agogo’ Muwonge, this website has learnt.
The forward has been training with the Wakissha-based team recently.
He joins from FUFA Big league team UPDF FC where he scored seven goals from 12 appearances. He came to prominence with UCU cardinals.
Agogo also had stints in Masaza Cup with Bulemeezi and he notably won the championship with Gomba team in 2016.
He is expected to fight for a place with other forwards like Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Karim Ndugwa.
Hassan Ssenyonjo, Simon Namwanja, Muwadda Mawejje, Derrick Emukule, Ivan Ssebuguzi and Duncan Sseninde are the other new signings for the newly promoted UPL outfits.
