I’m Here To Win Trophies – KCCA’s New Signing Revita

KCCA FC new addition John Revita is dreaming of winning trophies with KCCA FC after he signed a two year contract with the Lugogo based side.

The defender who joined after his one year contract at Express FC expired, said that he is super excited about the move and can’t wait to work with the team.

Revita is a direct replacement for Timothy Awany who has signed with Israel’s Ashdod FC.

Speaking with the club website, the ponytail defender revealed:

“I am super excited to join a team filled with immense talent. I have dreamt being a winner before and here is an opportunity for me to pick silverware at KCCA FC. I want to win trophies, to get myself in the history of this club.

“I spoke to the Gaffer and we shared a lot. His philosophy is one I bought into, first time. The club plays in a similar style of football that I am comfortable playing. I am really excited to be here and hopefully the boys and I can make the fans happier than before this season.”

KCCA FC have won the 2019 CECAFA cup in Rwanda and will start as league favourites to defend their crown.

Revita is expected to start in the centre of defence, and will be partnered with any of Samuel Kato, Peter ‘Machete’ Magambo, Musa Ramathan or Filbert Obenchan.

KCCA FC who have won the league 13 times, will also be targeting to return to the CAF Champions league groups.

Erisa Ssekisambu and Simon Sserunkuma are the other new additions at the club.
