KCCA FC youngster Sadat Anaku has promised to score more goals for the team in the 2019/20 season.

Anaku was on target for KCCA FC in their 2-0 win against Wakiso Giants in the Pilsner Super eight in a game played at Wakisha Resource centre.

Anaku benefited from Patrick Kaddu’s low pass to challenge on rushing goalkeeper Yasin Mugabi before scoring in an empty net.

“I am grateful for being on the score sheet after several misses,” Anaku told journalists. “I thank Patrick kaddu for the assist and the whole team at large.”

“As a player I am looking at being consistent with the senior team and also putting the ball in the back of the net more often.”

The youngster missed two keeper to beat chances, shooting twice at Yasin Mugabi.

Anaku is one of the six players KCCA FC graduated from their junior team and has already featured for the club in the recently concluded CECAFA where he scored two goals.
