A number of four Fufa women Elite League have reportedly shown interest in acquiring Crested Cranes captain Tracy Jones Akiror.
The 2018 Airtel Fufa women player of the year nominee is currently out of contract with her side Kawempe Muslim SS where she has been for the most time.
UCU lady Cardinals are the front runners – They already have Aturo and Hasifah Nassuna who were Tracy’s teammates at Kawempe.
She Coporates FC, Kampala Queens and Olila High are also in the race for the captain who is not expected to renew her contract with Kawempe Muslim.
Tracy Jones won the 2017/18 FUFA women Elite League most valuable player winning the Championship with Kawempe Muslim the same season.
