Uganda Cranes’ duo Timothy Awany and Taddeo Lwanga have not taken part in Monday’s training session as the team started preparations for CHAN qualifiers second leg against Somalia.
The two players are set to join new clubs outside Uganda according to trusted sources, and hence, will be ineligible to play in CHAN (qualifiers) which is for locally based players.
Awany is but an FC Ashdod (Israel) while Lwanga is rumoured to be joining a yet to be identified club in Egypt.
