After weeks of uncertainties between Uganda Premier league sides Police FC and Vipers over the transfer of Paul Willa, the two sides have finally reached an agreement.
Vipers recently unveiled Paul Willa as their new player from Police FC but the latter claimed that the deal happened without their knowledge.
Police FC CEO Francis Kidega in a briefing then, condemned Vipers’ behaviour in handling the matter as disrespectful and unprofessional.

However, the two clubs have reportedly met and an agreement was reached.
Police FC have confirmed the development via their official Twitter handle:
We have formalized the transfer of Paul Willa to @VipersSC.

"We met with Vipers and agreed to release him." @AsanKasingye

Kidega had earlier revealed that Willa’s buyout close was at 50,000 dollars for any club that wanted to have his services, but it is not understood how much Vipers paid.
However, our highly placed sources have it that Vipers officials visited the Police headquarters and undisclosed fee was involved.
Willa’s three year deal with Vipers is now valid. Rashid Toha, Alllan Kayiwa and Siraje Ssentamu are the other new additions at the Kitende based side.
