Vipers: Toha Vows To Win Titles

Vipers’ new recruit Rashid Toha has promised to win accolades.

The towering defender has sealed a move with Kitende based club from Onduparaka FC.

He has signed a three year deal with the club, Vipers have confirmed via their official website.

“Am excited to join this wonderful club, this is a huge stride in my career. Am ambitious and focused on winning titles here at Vipers,” said Toha, as quited by club website.

“This is the right place for me to be after many years at my former club, it is really good feeling.”

Toha is expected to partner with Halid Lwaliwa in the heart of defence. Geoffrey Wasswa is still out with a knee injury and is expected to miss the start of the season.

The club, earlier confirmed Karim Watambala, Richard Basangwa and Jacob Okao as new academy graduates to the senior team.

Allan Kayiwa, Siraje Ssentamu and Paul Willa are the other new signings for Vipers who already lost Moses Waiswa to Supersport United.
