He replaces Ramon Diaz who led the side to CAF Confederations Cup. The club, in the past, has had foreign coaches that include Alberto Valentin (Brazil) and Ricardo La Volpe (Argentina) among others.
“When I was in charge of Ismaily, my target was to win the Egyptian Premier League title. It is important that I reach the same goal with the Pyramids,” said Desabre as quoted by ahram online news.
“I will do my best to win the league title and the African Confederations Cup title. The work environment in Egypt is good.”
