Reigning Startimes Uganda Premier League Champions KCCA FC have today morning unveiled six players that have been promoted six Junior team players to the senior team.
The unveiled youngsters have had a stellar season with KCCA’s Soccer Academy that finished second in the 2018/19 FUFA Junior League.
FUFA Juniors League top scorer Sadat Anaku who scored 31 goals and a total of 84 goals in the last three seasons, headlines headlines the unveiled sextant. He already enjoyed some spells with the senior side as well.
Hassan Jurua, Kafumbe Joseph, Kato Samuel, Musa Ramathan and Kizza Joseph Bukenya are the other five.
“I have trust in these youngsters and its our norm not to look outside the club to bring in new additions,” briefly noted coach Mike Mutebi.
Kato the former Buddo SS captain who failed to feature for the senior club in the recently concluded season because of his paper work, has been cleared this time round.
Mike Mutebi compared KCCA Soccer Academy captain Musa Ramathan to the Cranes and KCCA FC legend Latigo Batte.
Anaku, Musa and Jurua will be traveling on Wednesday with the team to Rwanda for CECAFA tourney.
The gaffer also confirmed the release of Muwadda Mawejje, Bernard Muwanga (loaned to Proline) and Isaac Kirabira whose out of contract. Also, Tom Ikara has been loaned to Mbarara but will join the Ankole Lions after the CECAFA Cup.

Bukenya Joseph – Copa Coca-Cola (winner 2018, semi-finalist 2019) and Fufa Juniors League finalist 2019.
Anaku Sadat – FUFA Juniors League golden boot winner (2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19), UPL champion 2018/19
Musa Ramathan -fufa Juniors League finalist 2018/19
Jurua Hassan – UPL champion with KCCA FC 2018/19, Fufa Juniors League finalist.
