Reigning Uganda Premier League champions KCCA FC on Thursday unveiled NC Beverages (Highland natural mineral water) as its official water partner.

This was revealed during a press briefing held at the club’s home ground, StarTimes Stadium Lugogo.

The two year partnership is estimated to be worth of Sh44M, each year.

Highland is going to be responsible for supplying drinking water at each and every KCCA FC game of both Senior and Junior teams, and all the club’s events.

Highland has been made the exclusive drinking water partner meaning that no other drinking water brand will be sold and allowed at KCCA FC premises

KCCA Chief Executive Officer Ms Anisha Muhoozi speaking on Thursday at Lugogo, explained:

“For starters there will be semi temporary stall positioned at VIP side as a main water source and during game days there will be more 2 water points around the stadium where all fans can access water.”

She went ahead to encourage all KCCA FC stake holder to take highland natural mineral water, in a bid to support the new member on board.

Anthony Waiswa, the head of communications at NC Beverages, noted:

“We are partnering with KCCA FC because Highland is a company which supports talent development and in football. This water is going to be sold on discount to KCCA fulans during game days where 3 bottles of 350ml will be sold at a price of sh1000.

“We have decided to partner with KCCA FC because it has a huge fan base and its a famous club in Uganda’s club football history.”

Officially, Highland becomes KCCA’s seventh partners after Kampala capital city Authority, MTN, StarTimes, Shell, Prime media and Britam insurance company.
