Proline needed penalty shootouts to eliminate fellow Big league side Kyetume FC in the 2019 Uganda Cup semis.

After winning the first leg 2-1 in Mukono last week, it looked like a done deal for Proline, however, Kyetume put up a strong surge at Lugogo’s turf to level proceedings.

Cephas Kabugu scored from the spot to hand Kyetume FC an halftime lead. Ibrahim Bonyo equalised for the hosts before veteran Patrick Ochan regained the lead for Kyetume.

Their road to finals has seen Proline eliminate Kyetume, Vipers, Onduparaka, Nyamityobora and Light SS.
