Lori, originally founded in 1936 was revived in 2017 after winning the 2017–18 Armenian First League competition.
Kakuba began his professional career at Proline FC before leaving in 2012 for Portuguese fourth-tier side Esperanca Lagos.
A year later, he joined the second-tier outfit Covilha, before signing for top flight side Estoril Praia.
Kakuba later transferred to PAS Giannina in July 2018 before his two year contract was terminated in December last year.
